Back From India

First a thank you to all who made my recent trip to India possible. Those of you who prayed...Thank you. The trip was without any issue directly to me or the team. We saw many wonderful outpourings of God's Spirit and protection.

I have much to share about the trip and will be doing so in the next few weeks.

I would ask that you continue to pray for Christians in India. There continues to be much persecution from many sources. There are many who do not appreciate the intrusion of Christian ethics, world views, and people into India (only 2% Christian at the current time by government statistics). Please pray for safety for the workers, wisdom as to where these workers are to go next, and for provisions.

You may know that the India Government has determined that Compassion International is no longer welcome in India. Rough estimates place Compassion's involvement to be with over 165,000 units of support in India in March 2016, when they were asked to stop providing that support. By December of 2016 most of the reserves have been exhausted, leaving those children unsupported by Compassion. Many agencies are trying to fill the need but are met with much opposition. God will make a way. You might be part of that way. If you are interested in learning more about how you might help, email me ( Thank you.

On my trip I read a book I recommend to you. "Dangerous" by Caleb Bislow. The first sections are page burners, talking about taking the good news of Jesus into remote places, which he describes as three kinds: Difficult, Dark and Deadly. do yourself a this book and stir the fire of sharing the good news right where you are (easy places like home and work in the US or Canada). It might inspire you to take the next step to some place that is difficult (Europe, Asia) or even beyond.

I would love to hear from you!
